The plan’s blueprint began with a diligent geospatial analysis, focusing on 300 secluded localities. Through direct engagement and meticulous assessments, the team strategically narrowed the focus to 75 prime mini-grid sites. This extensive preparation phase included technical insights, plotting optimal geospatial solutions, devising sustainable business frameworks, evaluating climate adaptability, and formulating viable operational ownerships. These steps are preparing the ground for a public tender process, determined to set the foundation for the mini-grids’ construction, management, and preservation.

These electrification endeavors are much more than infrastructural projects; they promise to serve as catalysts for community enrichment—spurring economic growth, healthcare accessibility, and educational opportunities.
